duration - 3.5 days

course overview - REHIS Intermediate Food Hygiene looks at relevant food hygiene legislation and how this should be put into practice in the workplace. The course covers all the core areas required to effectively manage food hygiene, including HACCP.

assessment - The course is assessed by a 2.5 hour exam.

qualification - Successful candidates will receive a REHIS Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate

course fee - from 375. This course can also be run in-house, which are charged at a day rate plus a set price per person.

course prerequisites - REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene or equivalent (recommended)
